Talent is a gift to be showcased. But I love it more when am able to sight people who are ready to make the world a better place through the making of positive values.
Here is a an autobiography of a great unilorite, who has been making a great and positive influence so far.

OLAGUNJU SAMSONDEEN O. popularly known as H.R.M. is a young brewing entrepreneur (Manufacturer of African Crips Confectionaries and a skilled Events Manager) by trade; hails from EDE OSUN STATE NIGERIA with a background comprising Office Management, Communication Skills (Motivation Speaker) Project Initiative and Desktop Publishing.
I left formal employment January 2012 to pursue Business, Education and Vocational interests. My journey so far as an events manager and a young inspirational speaker has evolved over time.

Although I make use of my abilities to provide creative solutions and service offerings on a commercial level, my driving force is using creativity as a vehicle to effect positive social change in local communities (most especially among Youths) to strengthen and enhance lives .
SIA AFRICA (Sighting Intellectual Ambassadors) is founded on the ethos that creative mediums have the power to drive paradigm shifts, thus effecting core change on a larger scale. Generated as a theme to a prior initiative lunched as My First Individual Project August 2013 in Moricas Community Adiyan Ogun State in order to eradicate tyranny among youths and re-orientate the trend of youth carnival with unjustifiable objectives, creating an atmosphere of socio-educational events such as community debate and schools completion, vocational and entrepreneurship workshop and exhibition, health services and pageantry with scholarship awarded by collaborative efforts and support from various individuals and organization to contribute meaningfully and creatively to the community..
Expanding the culture to nurture youth in regard to their aspiration to learn to various vocational skills, brought SIA AFRICA to the limelight with expertise as team members and youth ambassador to impact positively with little or no gain to aspiring youths. Thus, effective support and collaborative efforts from the team ambassador and me in the name of the organization SIA AFRICA “a youth oriented organization, a platform designed to for young people to develop and explore (entrepreneurship and leadership) potentials” voluntary project to support young people enhanced by supporting (KFE project, Ede Osun State 2013), collaborating (U & I AFRICA and RHATDrums) and initiating (Africa Entrepreneurship Conference and Exhibition, African Youth Empowerment, and African Children Time-Out visitation to train and donate to the less privilege) these projects has impacted, enhanced and changed lives within the host community Ilorin Kwara State 2014 – till date concluded July 2, 2016. Recently in commemoration to Gender equality SIA AFRICA supported and featured on an international French organization AIESEC project tagged: “PROUD TO BE A GIRL” a six weeks project in the REPUBLIC OF BENIN lunched a creative project tagged: A’YIELD (African Youth Initiative Empowerment and Leadership Development) empowering and mentoring female genders and youth in the local community of CALAVI, REPUBLIC OF BENIN.
Currently to be lunched in the State of Osun Nigeria; A’YIELD (African Youth Initiative Empowerment and Leadership Development) with a conference to sensitize Youths and the general audience on its objective in accordance to the seventeen visionary goals of 2030 Sustainable development Goals “Transforming Our World” November 2016.
I love the African continent and I believe we have the wealth of talent and potential that can be unearthed by addressing unhealthy mindsets and reframing negative narratives through interactive and entrepreneurship creative endeavors. I hold the conviction that we cannot reach our full potential or live from a place of power until we recognize and internalize our beauty and worth as African people (leaders to be). I aim to be in an active contributor in a generation of African people (Youths) who are rewriting the African narratives. This is why i do; what i do!.
