Two teenage boys rapes nine month old baby .
The mother of the 9month old baby found out, when she got in contact with video that shows the rape of her baby with the two teenage boys.
Tennessee Police says she recognized the assailants.
The Shelby County District Attorney office said it was 19 year old Isiah Dequan Hayes,
According Fox13 And 22 year old Daireus Jumare Ice was the person who recorded the video of the assault that happened in Memphis.
The alleged rape was reported October 2016, After the baby’s mother found out about the video on October, 14. Two years after the incident has happened. The Shelby County District Attorney’s office announced on Tuesday that both men were indicted by a jury because of the accusations.
Along with both being indicted on a charge of especially aggravated sexual harassment and exploitation of a minor, Ice was indicted for aggravated rape of a child, (criminal responsibility for w conduct of another), and Hayes was indicted on aggravated rape of a child.
In a video showing him wearing no clothing as he touches himself while near the 9month old baby, Official says, according to WREG.
In February, Hayes was arrested after he molested 9 month old girl according to WMC5, it’s unknown the exact thing that lead to the alleged assailant.
