FIVE INCREDIBLE WAYS TO MAKE A SUMPTUOUS PLATE OF NOODLES.

One of the best thing I love doing is cooking. I love cooking in various forms. I prefer to do it the healthier way and that is one of the reasons why I always add vegetables to every of my cooking. From making Okra soup to cooking my favorite “Indomie instant noodles”
I will be discussing five incredible ways to cook noodles in a more sumptuous and also in a way that makes it more nutritious than you can imagine.

1. Noodles with Carrot.

Carrot is an orange fruit which contains carotenoids, which helps to improve your immune function and lower your risk of a heart disease, vision problems and cancer. Beta-carotene is a carotenoid that your body uses to create vitamin A. Folate, potassium, bromium and vitamin C are also often found in
Carrot, So cooking indomie with carrots make it more nourishing to our health.

Procedure for cooking :
Get two piece of carrot
Two small sized indomie
25cl of water. Put water into your pot, add your noddles. Wait until the water is almost dried up, then remove your pot of noodles from the fire, add your carrot and close for some minutes.
Don’t cook the noodles with the carrot, steam the carrot with noodles in order to avoid reducing the nutrient in the carrot.

2. Indomie with Cucumber.

Cucumber is a green vegetable, chlorophyll gives green fruits and vegetables their color. Some of these fruits and vegetables also contain indoles, which may lower your risk for cancer, and lutein, which helps prevent problems with your vision. Other common nutrients in many of these fruits and vegetables include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and folate. Green vegetable are essential for pro-vitamins, so eating your noodles with cucumber keeps you healty.

Procedure for cooking :

Get a piece of cucumber, chop into pieces and add some little sugar if you like. The sugar will give you a taste like well-prepared salad. Two small sized indomie noodles, 25cl of water. Put water into your pot, add your noddles. Wait until the water is almost dried.
Then remove your pot of noodles from the fire. Add your mixture of cucumber.
Then close the pot for some minutes in order to steam the vegetable with the noodles.
Your noodles is ready for Consumption after some minutes.

3. Indomie with yam flakes
The first day I Cooked this, my friend was like ” is this a Nigerian food or some sort of food I don’t know about” don’t mind me.
Get half quarter tuber of yam, depending on how much you want to eat. Two small size instant noodles.

Procedure for cooking :

Peel your yam,
Slice into little pieces
Add Magi, salt, grounded pepper and fry.
Cook your noodles to 25cl glass cup of water,
Once it is done.
Serve your yam flake with your noodles.
You don’t wanna miss the feeling and the taste of it.

4. Indomie with pepper, tomatoes and cucumbers.
This is the type that actually contains all the essential nutrients you need for a good growth.
From your red vegetable which contains lycopene and Anthocyanins which have antioxidant properties that help limit damage caused to your cells by free radicals and may also lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, cancer, macular degeneration and memory lose. Lycopene may help lower your risk of cancer and heart disease. These brightly colored fruits and vegetables often also contain essential vitamins and minerals such as potassium, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate. Compounds in these vegetables also help keep your vision and immune system healthy and limit your risk for urinary tract infections.
Some of these fruits and vegetables also contains indoles, which may lower your risk of cancer, and lutein, which helps prevent problems with your vision. Other common nutrients in many of these fruits and vegetables include vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K and folate. Green vegetable are essential for provitamin so eating your indomie with any green vegetables makes you more healthy.

Procedure for Cooking :

Two small sized indomie
25cl of water
Put water into your pot, add your noddles. Add your chopped pepper wait until the water is almost dried. Then add your tomatoes.
Then remove your pot of noodles from the fire.
Now you can add or sprinkle your cucumber on the noodles.
Your noodles is ready for consumption.

5. Noodles with Stew

When cooking this type of noodles I advise you to go for the unripe pepper because it contains more nutrients and tastes better.

Procedure for cooking :

Get two small size indomie
Four piece of green pepper
Eight piece of green tomatoes, grind and make your sauce. After grinding, cook your indomie then put your stew on the indomie.
Your indomie is ready for consumption.
